As soon as you make the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will get to work to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Orders placed after 13:00 (CET) will be shipped and prepared on the next business day. If you have not received your order after the time indicated below for each country, please contact us with your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. You will receive an email with your order tracking so you can stay informed about the status of your shipment at all times.

MORAY will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to reality or when some information has been omitted.


*During collection launches, Prime Minutes, Black Friday, and Christmas, due to high demand concentrated over a few days, shipments may experience some delays.


If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify MORAY by email at contact@moray.es. MORAY will refund the amount of the order, including shipping costs, provided that the order has not been prepared and loaded by our logistics warehouse onto the courier trucks, in which case no refund will be issued.

Customs Duties (non-EU countries): Our country of origin is Spain. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves about the regulations and potential customs duty payments applicable in the destination country. Should the customer decide not to pay these fees, and as a consequence, the package is returned to our facilities, the cost associated with the return shipment will be deducted from the corresponding refund. This amount will be subtracted from the original value of the products included in the order.
